Interrupt
He isn’t jealous of Granger because she is happy with Weasley anyway. So she isn’t a real rival like Ginny would be she’d be still alive.
But sometimes Draco thinks he can never be so close to Harry like Hermione is. Even after two years Draco can’t stand the look of pure joy in his lover’s eyes when he spends time with his best friends.
Hermione offered him her friendship long ago but he still knows he could be interrupting something if he’d take the offer. They’re Gryffindors and Draco isn’t made for the unconditional friendship and love they share.

And he isn’t in love with Malfoy because Ginny is his girlfriend since sixth year. Even if she started shagging Dean again Harry introduces her as his girlfriend to everybody.
He isn’t gay because he wants to have children and a house with a fence when the war is over. He wants the peace Ginny offers even if she can’t offer love anymore.
The nights he spends with Draco don’t mean anything except comfort. Even if Ginny doesn’t believe him she doesn’t question it either. But Draco does and it’s exactly the reason why he can’t offer peace to Harry.
