I think that's okay. They have to. Even if it's still hard to go on after Kate's dead.
The way the writers explained how hard this farewell is convinced me. It took time and wasn't the usual rush that everybody goes on.
Abby's the best example. She's bitchy because she's afraid Ziva'd replace her best friend.
But the new girl is another dark haired woman. I still think it's a bit weird but otherwise a blond woman wouldn't fit in. ;)
Ziva is okay. Maybe not love at the first sight but she's doing quite well.

Abby - our working career barbie! *rofl*
